Ministries: Adult Choir

 

The Sunday morning choir at First Baptist goes by several names but its main purpose to provide special music for Sunday morning worship services. Even though we sometimes call it the "Adult Choir," membership is also open to older teens who love to sing, as well as to adults. This choir also prepares special presentations for Christmas and Easter.

Volunteers are welcome to join this choir at any time of the year. The only requirements are a desire to enhance worship to God through song and a willingness to attend weekly rehearsals.

Musical training or experience is not a major factor in choir membership; however, a willingness to learn as you go is necessary. Most of our choir members do not read music, but enjoy singing and try hard to learn.
